Service Details
If you are temporarily using another number, yet would like to keep answering incoming calls to your number, then this service is for you!!! By diverting incoming calls to another phone, you will be able to answer all incoming calls.
Call divert allows you divert the incoming calls (except short messages) to another phone number. Subscriber can use call divert service only if she/he has sufficient amount in balance. An incoming call to your phone can be diverted to the city line, another mobile phone or a Voice Mail. The diverting service will by no means hamper making calls from your phone.
How to use
There are four options for call divert:
• Complete diverting.
• Diverting call when there is no answer.
• Diverting call when Subscriber is out of reach.
• Diverting call when phone is busy.
Complete diverting:
Complete diverting provides diverting of all incoming calls to a specified number. In such cases, your phone will not receive a call. This service is active when the phone is turned off. When you activate this service, the other activated types of service are automatically deactivated. To receive calls you need to deactivate this service.

Diverting call when there is no answer:
If you do not answer your phone within the set interval of your choice (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds), the call will be diverted to a specified number. However, if you do not set intervals, the system shall set a 30 second interval, and other interval options can be selected from the menu of your phone.

Diverting call when Subscriber is out of reach or phone is busy
In the cases when you are out of reach or your phone is switched off, this service enables diverting incoming calls to a specified number. When subscriber switches the phone on, she/he shall receive calls in an ordinary order.

Diverting call when phone is busy:
In cases when you press
button immediately after receiving a call or your phone is too busy to receive a call, the incoming calls will be diverted to a specified number.

If you selected several types of Call Divert, complete diverting shall be set as the main divert option.
The number that will be selected to divert calls too, must be entered in the format of an international call:
{country code}{area or GSM operator code}{telephone number}
Service Activation
To activate the Call Divert service please use one of the above-mentioned commands or use Call Divert menu of your mobile phone.
Service Deactivation
To deactivate the Call Divert service please use one of the above-mentioned commands or use Call Divert menu of your mobile phone.
New divert
To activate a new divert you will need to cancel the previous one and then reactivate divert again.
To deactivate all types of diverting, the following must be entered into the display of the phone:

Call Divert service is a paid-service.
All diverted calls will be charged like outgoing calls in diverted direction according to current tariff.
