While in International Roaming, both the calls you make and the calls you receive are forwarded between international GSM networks, so there are charges involved. Please apply to Nar Mobile Centers for more information on these services.

Outgoing calls prices

Calls from your Nar Mobile phone while you're traveling are charged by the overseas network you're connected to at the time. Most countries have more than one network, each with different rates. You can check our listings to find which network will be best for you - for this assistance just contact Nar Mobile Centers.

These overseas networks bill us for your calls, and then Nar Mobile bills you. Some overseas networks may also charge special rates for calls to their customer service numbers, directory services, 0800-style numbers and other special numbers. Don't assume you'll pay the same rate as advertised locally.

Incoming calls prices

When you're roaming, you pay to receive calls as well as to make them. That's because Nar Mobile forwards your calls to your mobile's current overseas network. In effect, you pay to have the call forwarded to an international destination. You may also pay a surcharge to receive calls. This will depend on the network you are roaming on.

The person calling you from Azerbaijan while you are in roaming, pay only local cost of calling your mobile.

Time interval for tariffication of incoming and outgoing calls regardless Tariff Plan is equal to 1 minute.

Your communication service expenses while in International Roaming will be shown on your account as soon as Nar Mobile receives this information from roaming partners.

Time period during which we still obtain above mentioned information may exceed 30 days. Please consider this while refilling your Nar Mobile number balance before you go abroad.

Attention! While in roaming Nar Mobile recommends to cancel all call diverts including divert to Voice Mail or Be Aware service which can cause unexpected expenditures related to double tariffication.
