If you are in the middle of an important meeting and can’t answer a call, don’t worry!  You can rely on Nar Mobile Voice Mail Service. Through diverting calls to Voice mailbox, you will never miss the important calls.  Voice mailbox can take phone calls 24 hours a day, furthermore using Voice Mail you can receive fax messages from city line numbers.

When you activate Voice Mail service, calling you person shall hear the personal welcome message recorded by you and after beep, she/he can store up to 60 seconds voice message that you can listen to later. You must have a personal code to access Voice Mailbox. Depending on your preference, notification about messages in your Voice Mailbox, will be sent in the form of a special symbol on the display of the mobile phone or incoming message to phone or email-if your email address was registered with the Customer Care Center of Nar Mobile.

You can use Voice Mail service, only if you have a sufficient account balance.

Service Activation

Voice Mail must be activated.

  • You can activate Voice Mail through one of the following options:
  • Dial 777 and follow instructions prompted by Nar Mobile Interactive Guide.
  • Nar Mobile Internet Guide.
  • Nar Menu Guide on your mobile phone.
  • Nar Mobile Centers: Simply visit any of our Centers. You receive information about Nar Mobile Centers though Nar Mobile Interactive Guide, Nar Menu Guide, or by visiting www.NarMobile.az.

To use Voice Mail service you first need to divert the calls to number +994702000707. Then dial 707 from your mobile phone and follow instructions prompted by Nar Mobile automated Voice Mail Guide.

Depending on your preference, you can initiate the following types of Voice Mail service functions:

Complete diverting

Activation: **21*{phone number}#YES

Checking status of service: *#21#YES

Canceling of service: #21#YES

 

Diverting call when there is no answer

Diverting call when your mobile phone is out of reach or turned off

How to use

You access Voice Mail at any time from your mobile phone. While listening to incoming Voice Mail messages you will be provided with information on the phone number of subscriber who sent message, and date and time of message.  For fax messages you will be provided with information on the phone number of subscriber who sent message, date and time of the message, and amount of pages. If the calling subscriber uses CLIR or SOCLIR service, or she/he calls from an international number, you will not bebe informed of the number of the subscriber while listening to the message.

Voice Mail service offers a number of options: storing both voice and fax messages in memory, automatic identification of the type of the received message, automatic deleting of outdated messages, preventing unauthorized access, and multilingual support.

It's very easy listening to incoming Voice Mail. You can listen to a new message without deleting the previous one or can delete the message only after listening to its heading. Notification of new messages can be delivered to a phone number defined by you or a e-mail address.

Managing Voice Mail

Feel free to individually set mailbox settings. The following options can be mortified to fit your preferences:

  • Language selection for Voice Mail.
  • Personal welcome message.
  • Activation/deactivation of notification of incoming messages.
  • Notification of message delivery options-SMS, e-mail, special symbol on the display of your mobile phone.
  • Indication of phone number or email address for delivery of notification.
  • Indication of time for delivery of notification.
  • Importance of indicating the headlines of messages.

Service Deactivation

Service deactivation is free of charge. You can deactivate this service through one of the following ways:

  • Dial 777 and follow instructions prompted by Nar Mobile Interactive Guide.
  • Nar Mobile Internet Guide.
  • Nar Menu Guide on your mobile phone.
  • Nar Mobile Centers: Simply visit any of our Centers. You can get information about Nar Mobile Centers though Nar Mobile Interactive Guide, Nar Menu Guide or by visiting www.NarMobile.az.
  • By canceling Call Divert parameters.

Tariff

Activation is free of charge. All incoming Voice Mail calls are tariffed as on-net outgoing calls according to your Tariff Plan.

Listening to Voice Mail messages is charged according to your Tariff Plan for the calls in corresponding direction. The person recording messages for you pays for the call according to his Tariff Plan for voice calls in corresponding direction.

Calls to Voice Mail Interactive Guide are charged in accordance with your Tariff Plan for calls within Nar Mobile network. Fax delivery calls are charged in accordance to Tariff Plan.
