There is no requirement for activation of Nar 3G+ Video Call Service; it is already activated for all Nar Mobile users.
There are no additional settings requested for Nar 3G+ Video Call Service usage.
While making a video call, you will not be able to benefit from discounts and bonuses applied for weekends and for Favorite Numbers, and Closer User Group Services. Only provided discounts and bonuses for video call usage in the frame of any Nar Mobile campaign can be used for video calls. In this case subscribers will be provided with information beforehand. Cost of Video Call Service for Mekan Tariff Plan subscribers is 10 kopeks per minute.
Video Call Service is not available if one of the parties does not have a 3G camera on the front side of the mobile phone. In this case the participant whose mobile phone supports 3G but has no camera won’t be able to make video call, but will be able to receive video calls from other 3G supported mobile phones with cameras.
Nar 3G+ Video Call Service can not be used for International Calls and in Roaming.
