If you turned your phone off for a while, you may have missed a very important call. With Be Aware service at your disposal, you can avoid missing important calls and receive information about missed calls.
Through Be Aware service, you will be able to get information about incoming calls, when your phone was turned off or out of coverage area.
Service activation
You can chose one of the the following options to activate Be Aware service:
- Nar Menu Guide: Simply enter Nar Mobile Menu on your SIM card and select action needed.
- Nar Mobile Internet Guide: Simply enter Internet link at www.NarMobile.az log in and activate service.
- Nar Mobile Centers: Simply visit any of our Centers. You can receive information about Nar Mobile Centers though Nar Mobile Interactive Guide, Nar Menu Guide or by visiting www.NarMobile.az.
- Activation of Be Aware service automatically leads to deactivation of all current diverts, including divert to Voice Mail.

Here you can set up following items:
- Activate Loopback notification.
- Black and White lists.
- Number for notification-when notification is directed to another phone number.
- Sorting calls by type-date or number.
Choose a destination for notification:
- SMS with notification to subscribers that called you while your phone number was offline.Those phone numbers will receive SMS as soon as you turn your mobile phone on.
- SMS with notification to specified (by you) phone number.
- Message to specified (by you) email address.
Notification includes the following content:
- Incoming calls, with phone numbers.
- Total number of calls, made by every subscriber to your mobile phone.
- Date and time of calls, made by every subscriber to your mobile phone.
To activate Be Aware service, you must use Call Divert service from the menu of your mobile phone and divert the incoming calls to 
.
As soon as you turn the mobile phone on, you will receive SMS. In one message you can receive information about several phone numbers. If you received a call from an unknown phone number, such a phone number shall be indicated in the message as CLIR.
Managing Loopback Notification
One of the advantages of this service is that the system monitors missed call history and gives subscribers the following notice: The subscriber you were calling to is now receiving calls. At the end of the message, subscriber can see your phone number. Depending on your preferences, you can compose a“white” and “black” list allowing you to choose the specifications of Loopback Notification:
- Notify only phone numbers who called me and are in the White List.
- Notify every one who called me except phone numbers from the Black List.
- Notify everybody who called me while my phone number was not available.
- Do not notify anybody-activated by default.
- It is possible to use Be Aware function during roaming, however in this case correct identification of the phone number of person calling you is not guaranteed.
- If the incoming call was diverted to your phone number, you will not be able to receive information about that call.
- If you activated Call Barring to all outgoing calls in your mobile phone, this service will not work. Even though you have activated Be Aware service, you will not receive SMS about incoming calls.
Service Deactivation
- You can chose one of the following options to deactivate Be Aware service:
- Nar Menu Guide: Simply enter Nar Mobile Menu on your SIM card and select action needed.
- Nar Mobile Internet Guide: Simply enter Internet link www.NarMobile.az, log in and deactivate service.
- Nar Mobile Centers: Simply visit any of our Centers. You can receive information about Nar Mobile Centers though Nar Mobile Interactive Guide, Nar Menu Guide or by visiting www.NarMobile.az.
- Activation of any divert, including divert to Voice Mail service will automatically lead to deactivation of Be Aware service.
Tariff
- Activation is free of charge.
- Be Aware notification price is 3 kopecks for any Tariff Plan. Loopback notification is free of charge.
- Calls to Be Aware Interactive Guide are charged in accordance with your Tariff Plan for calls within Nar Mobile network.
